Last updated 18 July 2026. These terms apply to every rental from airgengo.co.uk.
Airgen Go is a trading name of Airgen IT Limited, registered in England and Wales, company number 13937976. Registered office: 6 Edison Village, Nottingham Science & Technology Park, Nottingham, NG7 2RF. VAT number GB408478966. Contact: hello@airgengo.co.uk or +44 (0)115 772 0501 (office hours). Returns travel on the prepaid label included in your box, so you never need to address anything yourself.
You're hiring a pre-configured 5G WiFi router with an unlimited data SIM for the period you choose at checkout. The router, SIM and accessories remain our property throughout. Your rental includes tracked delivery, a prepaid return label, and our coverage check: before dispatch we check your delivery postcode across the UK's mobile networks and fit the SIM with the strongest predicted signal.
Prices are shown on the website and include VAT. Payment is taken by card at checkout through Stripe. Extensions cost £25 per week and can be bought online at any time before your return date.
We don't take a deposit and we don't place a hold on your money. When you pay, your card details are saved securely by Stripe, our payment provider, and you'll see a notice to that effect at checkout. We only charge the saved card in the situations set out in sections 8 and 9, and never for more than it actually costs us to repair or replace the equipment we supplied, plus a £25 administration charge if it isn't returned at all, up to a combined maximum of £199. We itemise every charge we make. If the router comes back on time and in reasonable condition, your card is never charged again.
Orders placed by 2pm on a working day are dispatched the same day for next-working-day tracked delivery to most UK addresses; some remote postcodes, islands and Northern Ireland can take a day or two longer. Orders after 2pm, or on weekends and bank holidays, dispatch the next working day. If a delivery arrives later than promised through our or our courier's fault, contact us and we'll put it right, at minimum by extending your rental by the days lost at no charge.
The rental period starts on the day your router is delivered and runs for the length you chose, plus any extensions. To return, place the router and accessories in the box with the prepaid label and hand it to the postal service by your return date. The return date, and any updates to it when you extend, are confirmed by email.
Your rental ends on your return date. If you keep the router past that date without extending, we charge £25 for each additional week or part week to your saved card. That's the same rate as extending, so you're never worse off for telling us. You can extend at any time at airgengo.co.uk/extend.
When you return the equipment, please keep evidence of posting until we email to confirm that your rental is closed. At a Post Office, ask for a receipt. At a Royal Mail parcel postbox, request a digital receipt when you scan the QR code and, if possible, take a dated photo showing the parcel being placed in the parcel drawer. If tracking does not update, send any evidence you have to hello@airgengo.co.uk. We will investigate through our carrier account and consider all reasonable evidence. Once the equipment has been handed to Royal Mail using our prepaid return service, you are not responsible for loss in Royal Mail's network; any late charge runs only until the handover date and the non-return charge below will not apply because of that loss.
If the router hasn't been handed to the postal service within 7 days of your return date, we'll remind you by email and text. If it still isn't returned within 14 days of your return date, we'll charge the cost of replacing the equipment we supplied, plus a £25 administration charge covering the work of chasing the return and preparing a replacement unit, to your saved card, up to a combined maximum of £199, and may bar the SIM so the router can no longer be used on our network. A pocket MiFi costs us less to replace than a 5G router, so if that is what you were sent, the charge is lower. Any late-week charges already taken come off it. If the equipment turns up afterwards in good condition, send it back anyway and we'll refund the replacement charge minus our reasonable costs.
Please check the router when it arrives and tell us within 48 hours if anything is damaged or not working, so we can put it right quickly. If nothing is reported in that time, we take the router to have arrived in good working order. Normal wear is expected and never charged. For damage beyond normal wear, or missing accessories, we may charge a fair proportion of the repair or replacement cost to your saved card, up to a maximum of £199, and will always itemise what and why. Data is unlimited for genuine personal or small-business use; the mobile networks' own fair-use policies apply at extreme volumes, and using the SIM outside the supplied router or reselling access isn't permitted.
Mobile coverage can be affected by factors outside our control, which is exactly why the 48-hour guarantee exists. Beyond that, our liability for losses arising from the rental is limited to the amount you paid us. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you're unhappy with anything, email hello@airgengo.co.uk and a human will reply within one working day.
